Long_Overdue_selects_with_barcodes Produces a list of very long overdues,with accn numners in numeric and barcode font.  A work around for bulk processing items through circ maintennace.  I found the barcodes scan best if printed straight from crytsal Reports rather than saved to an excel file etc. 

Monthly Discards Report (v.2) - lastmonth Monthly Discards Report: gives a summary of the numbers of items 'discarded' in each collection and its total value, for each branch/library, for a particular period - to be entered when the refresh button is clicked (uses a parameter macro). CR_tips5_Available_on_reserve Ever wanted to try to run Crystal Reports from an Excel file? I have imported from Spydus' Instant Report "Items available for allocation" this file into Excel and with Crystal Report changed the layout and sorted the fields to make it easy to check the collections/shelves. By using the same Excel file name and saving it in the same folder and following a few steps, Crystal Reports can find this data and updates the screen automatically after the Ok to update prompt.
