Issues for financial year by branch by collection. Not including renewals - just remove that part of the select statement to count all issues.

To change the breakdown to just by collection or just by branch, delete one of those cells from the table and it will recalculate the table without that sort criteria.

A very simples report - what could possibly go wrong?

Ser_subs_complete A list of serial subscriptions sorted by branch and then by collection.  User can select start and end date of subscription to include in report

adult_fiction_list_greater_5_items._with_author A list of Adult fiction titles where we hold 5 or more items,  added after a certain date

I have imported from Spydus' Instant Report "Items available for allocation" this file into Excel and with Crystal Report changed the layout and sorted the fields to make it easy to check the collections/shelves. By using the same Excel file name and saving it in the same folder and following a few steps, Crystal Reports can find this data and updates the screen automatically after the Ok to update prompt.
