Uploading documents to the site

Follow these procedures to upload documents to the SPUN website.  

Only Primary members can upload documents to the Knowledge Base.

Please ensure that you have a useful file name and your document is described appropriately including the Spydus version e.g. WPAC - Creating pages - Spydus 10.2 - YYYYMM

How to become a SPUN member (for the Primary Member)

With the set-up of the new website which incorporates invoicing, we need to assign each Library site with a Primary member who will then add add/remove staff to the website.

  • There can only be one Primary member per site to avoid multiple invoices being generated.
  • The Primary member has been determined based on the previous year’s membership form.
