Price of collections
Here's a report of the cost of collections, grouped by collection. Includes a grand total, count of total items per collection and an average price per collection. Naturally you will need to set datasource to your server. And main.deactdate is null, otherwise you're counting all your withdrawals as well. Please test and see how you go. The original Rental report is for our three libraries with Crystal Reports, which shows:
- how much money each library waived in each rental collection
- how much each library has received in rental fees for each rental collection
- the time and date of issue
- the borrower barcode number
- sub totals in each rental collection and a grand total
We use this report daily with a slight modification of Trevors original report design.

Long_Overdue_selects_with_barcodes
Produces a list of very long overdues,with accn numners in numeric and barcode font. A work around for bulk processing items through circ maintennace. I found the barcodes scan best if printed straight from crytsal Reports rather than saved to an excel file etc.
Ser_subs_complete
A list of serial subscriptions sorted by branch and then by collection. User can select start and end date of subscription to include in report
Serials_issues_by_branch_and_date
Before opening this report, set datasource location and change selection parameters for your library.
Branch CDs and DVDs on shelves
Lists CDs and DVDs that are sitting on the shelves at our Fairfield branch ie. items not out on loan. It is sorted by call number and lists call number, title, accession number and the last sighted date of the item.(Spydus 8.2.5)
