Issues_by_branch_by_collection_for_fin_year_-_not_renewals

Issues for financial year by branch by collection. Not including renewals - just remove that part of the select statement to count all issues.

To change the breakdown to just by collection or just by branch, delete one of those cells from the table and it will recalculate the table without that sort criteria.

A very simples report - what could possibly go wrong?

Long_Overdue_selects_with_barcodes Produces a list of very long overdues,with accn numners in numeric and barcode font.  A work around for bulk processing items through circ maintennace.  I found the barcodes scan best if printed straight from crytsal Reports rather than saved to an excel file etc. 

Ser_subs_complete_bytitle A list of serial titles.  Sorted by title and listing each branches individual subscription.  User can select end and finish date of subscription

Serials_issues_by_branch_and_date Before opening this report, set datasource location and change selection parameters for your library.

Branch CDs and DVDs on shelves Lists CDs and DVDs that are sitting on the shelves at our Fairfield branch ie. items not out on loan. It is sorted by call number and lists call number, title, accession number and the last sighted date of the item.(Spydus 8.2.5) From: Lianne Gee - Darebin Libraries

Rental_ Trevor Trotter has created a Rental report for our three libraries with Crystal Reports, which shows: - how much money each library waived in each rental collection - how much each library has received in rental fees for each rental collection - the time and date of issue - the borrower barcode number - sub totals in each rental collection and a grand total We use this report daily with a slight modification of Trevor’s original report design.
