Document Purpose

If your organisation needs to create a PO as part of your procurement/payment processes - you can use this membership document to generate a 'quote' for your annual membership. Fill in the quote date, your organisation's details and use the dropdown boxes to select the membership type and total cost.

This configured quote doc can then be sent to your admin/finance teams to have a PO raised against it.
You don't have to send this quote document to the SPUN executive at all - it's purely for your internal use to raise a purchase order, if needed.

General Instructions to renew your membership:

  1. Have your organisations primary SPUN member (usually a generic login) login to the site and go to Membership > User Profile. Then choose to renew your subscription by clicking the Process Renew button at the bottom of the page. If you're unsure who this is for your organisation - contact the Exec.
  2. Check your organisations profile details, including updating the payment method. If Purchase Order is needed as a reference on your invoice - choose this option (you can still pay via CC or EFT). If you don't need a PO# on your invoice, choose your preferred payment option of CC or EFT.
  3. Click Process Payment. This just saves the changes and you will be issued an invoice via email to the generic mailbox for your SPUN membership. Pay as per your usual process.

Once the payment clears, an invoice marked as paid will be returned within 10 business days.

Membership fees are due 30 September each year.
